Shipping Policy

Adroit Pro Audio strives for timely and secure delivery. This policy covers our shipping procedures for domestic, Mexico, and international orders.

1. Order Processing

  • Most in-stock orders process within 1-2 business days (M-F, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) may ship the same day, stock permitting (not guaranteed).
  • Delays can occur due to payment verification, backorders, or high volume.

2. Domestic Shipping (Contiguous US)

  • Carriers & Options: We ship via FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Standard and expedited options with costs are shown at checkout.
  • Free Standard Shipping: Offered on MOST orders shipping within the contiguous 48 states (check product/cart for eligibility; minimum order value may apply).
    • Exclusions: Does NOT apply to oversized/heavy items (e.g., consoles, large speakers, furniture), expedited shipping fees, shipments outside the contiguous US, or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Signature: May be required based on value, service, or destination. Waiving a required signature transfers liability for loss/theft to the customer.
  • Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories: Shipments incur additional costs (calculated at checkout) and are not eligible for free ground shipping.

3. Shipping to Mexico

  • Ciudad Juárez: FREE local courier delivery for most items shipped to Cd. Juárez addresses.
    • Excludes: Very large/heavy items (e.g., recording consoles, bulky furniture, large PA systems). Contact us if unsure. Delivery typically 1-2 business days after processing.
  • Rest of Mexico: Shipped via DHL Express. Costs calculated at checkout.
    • IMPORTANT: The customer is solely responsible for all import duties, taxes (IVA), brokerage fees, and customs charges. Adroit Pro Audio does not collect or estimate these fees.

4. International Shipping (except Mexico)

  • Availability: We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS; restrictions apply for oversized/heavy items. Costs calculated at checkout.
  • Customer Responsibilities:
    • Fees: Payment of ALL import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
    • Warranty: US warranties may not apply. Customer pays ALL shipping costs (both ways) for any service/returns via Adroit Pro Audio.
    • Power: US/Mexico power configuration (e.g., 110-120V) is standard. Request alternatives BEFORE ordering; compatibility is customer’s responsibility.

5. General Shipping Information

  • Tracking: Emailed upon shipment.
  • Address Accuracy: Customer responsibility. Errors may cause delays, fees, or non-delivery.
  • Undeliverable/Refused: Customer may be liable for original/return shipping costs and restocking fees.
  • Delays: We are not liable for delays beyond our control (carrier issues, weather, customs).
  • Damage/Missing Items: Inspect packages immediately. Report any damage or missing items to Adroit Pro Audio within 48 hours (2 business days) of delivery. Keep all packaging.

6. Policy Updates

Adroit Pro Audio may update this policy anytime; changes are effective upon posting.
